having some weird noise over my ear. kinda difficult to accept this. well still have to adjust it since i m kinda half deaf. wonder how to obtain the handicap sticker that can put in my car. so next time i can park at the hadicap parking slot. it saves me from walking. hehe…

half deaf

having hearing problems since yesterday. well looks like i m going to be half deaf, my left side of ear seems not hearing well. never in my life i have pay attention so much in trying to listen to what others saying. maybe it is a good thing to me. making me to “listen” to what others saying. i had never imagine myself would be listening so hard to what ppl trying to tell me. 😀

MY Heroes of Azeroth

my first ever tank. created for guild to raid. doing good as MT and OT.  it was created since i played with 2 of my RL friends and we create a guild name <Failure to launch>. the FTL name was contributes by Mr. Anderson, after the movie FTL as we are just like the character in the movie. after work, go back home and stay in our room and just online. with minimal social life.
name after me. my all time favorite charater obviously. this is my first ever character in WoW. its a hunter and basically almost 90% of kids rolls a Night Elf hunter when they first play WoW. hunter looks cool and it comes with pets. i have a wolf, bear and an eagle as my pet.
new love the retardin, gonna be another tank soon. primary source for grinding gold from quest for now. retarding aint so retard, she’s deadly. come close to me and u’ll be found dead in 20 seconds.
name after one of my fren. actually wanna name her soyou but it was taken. lvling hard but will stop at 77 until i got 7k gold for epic mount. start to love this character as well. it can do damage and it can tank. very solid class.
wanna name it catlady but missout the L. so her name is catady lol. she’s the cat now gonna be bear. another tank! Zomg. originally gonna lvl this char with Mr. anderson but was far too lazy then. keep her rest for some times and now trying to work out on her.
 not so bad charater.name it after a rare spawn in badland. just too lazy to play.

interviewing

doing interview could be fun sometimes. some ppl are so shy and nervous that they don even dare to talk much. some ppl talks too much. some ppl wear so formal, some wear so casual, some even were too formal, donno what kinda attire u should wear? try www.google.com. it might help 😀

things to prepare

company’s background and position applied

never go into interview without doing any research on the company’s background. you can ask for more details but u SHOULD study before you come. it is also an EPIC failure if u ask the interviewer what post u are applying, if u donno what kinda position u are applying, never bother to waste ur time and also the interviewer’s time. u should have ask when making the appointment NOT on the day when u were there. prolly things that you should ask before u came is that what should have u need to be prepare like if there’s any test given or any specific things needs to bring up.

Pen

i hate to meet up ppl that never brings a pen for the interview. it shows how unprepared u are. its a small matter but it might give the perception to the interviewer that u are either not prepare or u don really need this job.

Attire

always know what kinda position u are applying. never wear too casual nor too formal. do some makeup if u are a gal. never scare the interviewer off.

Shaking Hands

i guess most of the people needs to learn how to shake hands. again try www.google.com. it helps. some guy even turn the back of hands to me like wanted me to kiss them. ZOMG! the way of shaking hands tells me a lot of things on that person. are they shy, are they nervous, are they protective, are they sincere…

Eye Contact

some ppl doesnt like to have eyes contact when i look at them. some even look at either the table or elsewhere all the time. some just look elsewhere when i look at them and look back at me when i m not looking at them.  it’s kinda disrespect to the interview if u never made an eye contact with them, are u hiding something or u just showing that u have lack of confidence? it tells me greatly that u have no social life at all.

Sitting.

some ppl sit properly and barely move, some sit comfortablely like their place in their house. not much to comment but if u sit like home i might give u a credit that u are adaptable if u sit properly i will give u a credit that u show me respect.

Presenting urself.

most interviewer starts with the question by asking the interviewer to introduce themselves. there! time to present yourself. if u do a good introduction, chances of getting the job is high. i might have many interview to go through so it is important to makes me remember u.

well what can i say. wanted to bitching over someone but far too powerless. brains dead. half past dead at least. too much focusing on whats happening in the world of azeroth. they say game can be addictive. hell yea. its far more than that. i start to understand now. there’s no point of return once u are addicted to them. it just like drugs. once u pop it, u’ll stay with it forever.
