something i have learn from the pass weekend.

to be able to start a negotiation, learn and know yourself and your opponent. know the strength and weakness of yourself and opponent. remove their strength, expose their weakness. find out the objectives of the negotiations, whether it is same objectives with different terms, or different objective. expect what kinda outcome and strategy towards that way.

if the opponent refuse to start a conversations, finds a way to motivates them.

learn what ppl needs and fear. use them as a leverage to shaken their minds.

strategy is a plan to win. not a plan to plan. strategy needs execution. a strategy will fail if execution is not proper.

the win-lose outcome is not a bad thing. sometimes ppl are willing to lose to get to get the contract.
